This policy explains how refund requests are handled for project-based and digital services offered by TIO IT Services.

Project-based services

Because our work often begins with planning, design, technical setup, and time allocation, payments made for already-started project work are generally non-refundable.

Advance payments

Advance payments help reserve project time and begin work. If a project is cancelled after work has started, the refundable amount, if any, will depend on completed effort and delivered work.

Digital deliverables

Completed digital files, source code, designs, documentation, and consultation work are usually not eligible for refund once shared or delivered.

Service issues

If there is a concern with scope, delivery, or quality, we encourage clients to contact us first so we can review the issue and attempt a fair resolution.

Requesting a review

Refund requests may be reviewed case by case. To request a review, email us with your project details, payment information, and the reason for your request.
